In case of any prepayment under the Facility, a prepayment premium of the outstanding principal amount will be payable by the Borrower prior to any prepayment under the Facility as specified below:

1) Up to 12th installment/EMI – 6% of the outstanding principal amount +GST

2) From 13th installment/EMI to 24th installment/EMI – 4% of the outstanding principal amount +GST

3) From 25th installment/EMI onwards – 3% of the outstanding principal amount + GST

A prepayment notice of at least 7 Business Days is required to be provided to the Lender before any prepayment is made under the Facility.

Default Charges at the rate of 3% per month on the overdue amount proportionate to the delayed days + applicable GST shall be payable by the Borrower upon occurrence of any non-payment related Event of Default.

1) Dishonour Charges / Bounce Charges – Rs.500
2) Instrument Swapping Charges – Rs.1000 + GST
3) Documentation Charges –Rs. 589.00 (inclusive of GST)
